Our client is looking to fill the role of Assistant to Partner, Investor Relations. This is an incredible opportunity to be at one of the world's top PE firms for a Partner and team in their IR space that will give you real responsibility, visibility, and a true seat at the table.

Job Responsibility:

This role supports 2–3 senior executives, offers a structured 9–6 schedule (with one remote day), built-in OT, and access to best-in-class onsite amenities (catered lunch, gym, etc)

Requirements:

  • 10+ years assistant experience supporting senior leaders in high-volume financial services
  • Exceptional calendar, travel, and operational management
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong Excel skills — and the ability to clearly articulate how you use them
  • Impeccable detail orientation, judgment, and communication
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Concur, PeopleSoft (or similar)
