Job Description

Our client, an Investment Firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate to support a Financial Advisor Delray satellite office. This position is on-site, 4 days/week with Fridays from home. Looking for someone who has 1-3 years working as a Client Service Associate in a similar role to help the Advisor grow her book of business. You will be responsible for supporting the FA by acting as a primary point of contact for clients, managing administrative tasks, processing account transactions, and ensuring compliance.

Job Responsibility

  • Enhance the client experience by maintaining accurate records to facilitate smooth business operations
  • Respond to inquiries via phone or email, resolving issues, and providing information on products
  • Prepare documentation, onboarding new clients, and managing account updates or maintenance
  • Process money movements, maintain CRM systems, and support financial advisors with marketing or meeting preparation
  • Adhere to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry
  • Exceptional customer service, strong verbal/written communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team
  • Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) in the future
  • 1-3 years’ experience working as a CSA
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must know MS business office well
  • Must pass background check as fingerprinting is mandatory
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to work efficiently and independently
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
