Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented coordinator to support the Director of Data Engineering & Products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has experience supporting senior leaders in technology or data-focused organizations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high level general administrative support to the Director, Data Engineering & Products
  • Manage daily calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, coordinate logistics, and handle meeting preparation
  • Track key priorities and manage follow-up on open items, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Partner with the broader Studio Technology administrative team to support large-scale meetings and events, including department town halls. (logistics, preparation, invitations and materials etc.)
  • Prepare and edit communications, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Maintain standards of high integrity, discretion and strict confidentiality given the high levels of access to company information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Studio Technology and partner organizations
  • Support occasional special projects involving cross-functional teams in data engineering, governance, or product strategy
  • Set priorities, meet deadlines, operate independently and follow up on assignments with minimal supervision/direction
  • Create a positive environment for all who interact with the office of the Director Data Engineering & Products
  • Collaborate proactively and effectively with the department administrative team

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting an executive office as a highly collaborative and well-integrated partner
  • Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency, flexibility and the ability to handle uncertainties associated with a fast-paced environment
