Job Description:

For Active Ants in Roosendaal, we are looking for Assistant Team Leads. Are you an experienced logistics employee with ambition? Or do you already have some experience in leading a team? Do you enjoy taking the lead and motivating people? In this position, you will be the right hand of the team leader.

Job Responsibility:

You are the right hand of the team leader in the Outbound department
You will work as an Assistant Team Leader on the floor
You support the Team Leader in coordinating
You guide and coach employees
You recognize what is going well - and what could be improved
You keep an overview and ensure that everyone is doing the right tasks

Requirements:

You speak Dutch or English
You have some experience in leading a team
You are available for two or three shifts (in consultation)
You are looking for a stable job for the long term
