Assist the Team Leader in the management of the day to day aspect of the Pasta Evangelists Kitchen. Make sure that Food/Health and Safety regulations are complied and collaborate coaching, supporting and motivating all employees.

Coach, support, and motivate employees
Attend meetings when required

Manage and report all customer complaints

Maximize product availability to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Assist in communication of Sales Goals
Train team on new products to drive sales
Maximize kitchen profitability by controlling costs
Review daily paperwork to ensure compliance
Requirements:
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or food retail environment
Customer-focused with enjoyment of interacting with customers
Proactive problem-solving attitude
Strong desire to fight for product quality and deliver a strong customer experience
Highly detail-oriented
Love working in a team and helping to manage other chefs
Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing
