Assist the Team Leader in the management of the day to day aspect of the Pasta Evangelists Kitchen. Make sure that Food/Health and Safety regulations are complied and collaborate coaching, supporting and motivating all employees.

Maximise products available to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Assist in communication of Sales Goals
Train team on new products to drive sales
Maximise kitchen profitability by controlling costs
Review daily paperwork to ensure compliance
Requirements:
Worked in a fast-paced kitchen or food retail environment
Customer-focused with enjoyment of interacting with customers
Problem-solving attitude
