Job Responsibility

  • Copy typing various documents, including reports and correspondence
  • Creating, editing, and uploading documents using company systems
  • Assisting with work scheduling for internal consultants
  • Providing administration support to senior management
  • Answering and managing incoming communications via phone and email
  • Managing the reception area and welcoming visitors
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • General office duties such as photocopying and scanning
  • Maintaining stocks of stationery and printed matter

  • A graduate with great organisational skills
