Job Responsibility

  • Assist with essential housing management tasks to ensure a safe and well-maintained service environment
  • Welcome and support individuals accessing the service, providing guidance and practical assistance
  • Deliver structured, outcome-focused support to help clients achieve positive life changes
  • Assist clients with daily activities, wellbeing, and personal development initiatives
  • Perform reception and administrative duties to facilitate smooth daily operations
  • Encourage and motivate clients to build confidence, stability, and independence

Requirements

  • Experience in social care or housing support is essential
  • Strong communication skills, friendly and approachable with clients
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Reliable organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Relevant qualifications in social care or housing-related fields are advantageous
  • DBS check on the Update Service is highly beneficial
  • Availability to work standard daytime hours within a structured rota
  • Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
