Job Description

The Assistant Suites Manager with Aramark at Fenway Park will be responsible for the assisting the suites food and beverage operation for both game day & non-game day events. The position reports to the Senior Suites Manager

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for assisting the suites food and beverage operation, including quality control, staffing & payroll, event preparation, kitchen operations, inventory & ordering
  • Assisting in staff training and developing, communicating, and motivating team members
  • Individuals must spend at least 60% of the time on the floor incorporating supervising, coaching, and training
  • Implement and maintain a guest service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective team members
  • Assist with premium menu development including delivery, presentation, and standards
  • Assisting in the maintaining of relationships with multi-year premium Suite holders as well as Individual Game Rentals
  • Conducting daily pre-shift meetings to update staff on daily goals & objectives
  • Assist in ensuring that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis
  • Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience in Premium Services / Sales preferred
  • At least 3 years as a supervisor/or lead preferred
  • Ability to support the development of team members
  • Ability to work an event based schedule, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Has had financial and quality service responsibilities
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest and associate experiences

Nice to have

  • Prior supervisory experience in Premium Services / Sales preferred
  • At least 3 years as a supervisor/or lead preferred
