Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to join Claydon High School as an Assistant Student Manager, on maternity cover, working within a strong and supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

Working with students and parent/carers to ensure a positive climate in school for learning
Investigating behaviour matters
Supporting students both individually and in small group work
Overseeing the isolation area when required
Running school detentions
Assisting with administration related to student standards data

Requirements:

Confident, committed and flexible individual
Good communication skills
Relevant experience of working with young people aged 11-16 in an educational setting
Good ICT skills to support learners
