Job Responsibility:
Support the delivery of inspections and monitoring activities across Buckinghamshire’s highway network
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Help ensure that streetworks are carried out safely, efficiently and to the correct standards
Requirements:
Plan and organise your workload to support the delivery of inspections across the county
Carry out sample, routine and core inspections in line with legislation and service priorities
Identify and report defects or issues of non-compliance, ensuring safety for all road users
Collect, input and analyse data using appropriate systems and produce reports as required
Support Streetworks Technicians and the wider team in delivering service improvements
Provide clear, professional advice to colleagues, customers and contractors, escalating issues when necessary
Note and report any wider highways defects while out on the network
Promote and maintain a safe working environment at all times
