As an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of one of our largest and highest-performing flagship stores in the UK. Working alongside another Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead a team of over 20 colleagues, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results. This is a fast-paced, high-volume store where you’ll play a key role in managing the team, driving performance, and maintaining excellent standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and store presentation. You’ll be confident acting as a first point of contact for both colleague and customer escalations, handling situations with professionalism and care. You’ll assist with administrative tasks such as stock ordering and management, cash handling and reporting, while helping to create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team environment.
