We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Sydney Outlet Village to the next level! As a top Outlet location, Sydney Outlet Village is buzzing with customers and full of variety every day. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to inspire the team, deliver outstanding service, and keep operations running smoothly. With stock-on-hand driving frequent visual changes, you’ll have the chance to build your creative merchandising skills while strengthening customer relationships through one-on-one styling. This is the perfect role to develop as a leader in a high-energy outlet environment.

Requirements

  • Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
  • Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
