Job Description:

Key leadership role supporting the Store Manager at the Darwin store.

Job Responsibility:

Supports the Store Manager to coach, develop and mentor the store team
Strive for exceptional customer service
Drive outstanding store sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPI's

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail sales environment
Passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations
Passion for detailed home styling and creating a beautiful home environment
