Maximize sales and profitability by analyzing data
Identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory, and operation
Prioritize time, tasks, and processes for best return on investment

Provide feedback, coaching, training, and recognition
Attract, recruit, and develop top talent

Requirements:

Energetic, focused, and passionate individual
Availability to work Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times
Customer-first mindset
Ability to lead and inspire a team
Experience in retail operations
Ability to analyze data and reports to maximize sales and profitability
Ability to manage time, tasks, and processes
Experience in people management, including recruitment, development, coaching, and training
