Job Responsibility

Support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations
Manage the store during the Store Manager's absence and/or when working opposing shifts
Lead the store team members in servicing customers
Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs
Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed
Assist the store manager in setting team member goals
Provide feedback on goal achievement, coaching/mentoring team members, and making sure team members are staying current on their individual training
Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management to ensure the selection of qualified team members
Make sure telephone is answered according to company policy
