Join our Marion store in the heart of a bustling retail destination, where no two days are the same. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to keep operations running smoothly, support and motivate the team, and ensure every customer leaves feeling valued. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, contribute to achieving store targets, and enjoy being part of a friendly, customer-focused team in a lively shopping environment.

Requirements:

previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
passion about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
