Job Description:

To support the Store manager with executing the store strategy, leading and developing a team of Customer Advisors to drive sales and high standards of customer service using the prescribed customer sales model. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a high-performing team and achieve performance targets.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the induction of new team members
coach the store’s team to meet and exceed store targets
support the team with customer query escalations
step up to act as Store Manager when needed
execute business initiatives to meet financial and customer key metrics
motivate the team and foster a positive store culture
organise store floor and team’s work schedules to meet customer demand

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail leadership / assistant management role
ability to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success
ability to lead from the front and influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team
ability to resolve customer issues and creatively problem solve
excellent communication skills to support team members through change
