The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in leading store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained. The role involves collaborating with others to grow the business, maintaining visual merchandising standards, building a repeat customer base, analyzing reports, assisting with recruitment, and participating in management meetings.

Ensure store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained
Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance
Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards
Work with visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication
Partner with store management team to achieve company standards and objectives
Focus staff on building quality relationships with customers
Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs
Analyze store level reports and create action plans
Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring
Participate in weekly management meetings
Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals
Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results
Requirements:
Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
Previous people management experience
