Job Responsibility:

  • Act as first point of contact for team in Store Manager's absence
  • Ensure customers receive great in-store service
  • Coach and inspire team to create exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive store performance and deliver results to financial budgets and targets
  • Maximise sales and profitability by analysing data and reports
  • Identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory and operation
  • Prioritise time, tasks and processes for best return on investment
  • Create a positive and motivating store environment
  • Nurture a strong and positive culture
  • Provide feedback, coaching, training, and recognition
  • Attract, recruit and develop top talent

Requirements:

  • Energetic, focused, and passionate
  • Confirmed availability to work Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Experience in driving team performance and achieving financial targets
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations
  • Ability to create a positive and motivating store environment
  • Experience in attracting, recruiting, and developing talent
