Act as first point of contact for team in Store Manager's absence
Ensure customers receive great in-store service

Maximise sales and profitability
Analyse data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Prioritise time, tasks and processes for best return on investment
Create a positive and motivating store environment

Provide feedback, coaching, training, and recognition
