Princess Polly is a global fashion brand. The Assistant Store Manager is a highly motivated leader who is passionate about creating extraordinary customer experiences. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, especially product and inventory management, and will be a driving force for new and ongoing sales opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule

  • Ensure accountability of staff in building a repeat customer base by providing all customers with unparalleled spirited service
  • Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs
  • evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels and inventory levels
  • Communicate to the Store Manager what is driving sales and discuss any issues/priorities, in order to develop strategies to maximize business
