Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Carousel to the next level! This is a part time role, working 22.5 hours per week over Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Life at Carousel moves fast, and this role sits right at the centre of it. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the floor energised, support the DREAMTEAM through busy trade, and ensure customers continue to receive AMAZING service throughout the day. This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility, offering exposure to high-volume retail, team development, and commercial performance in one of WA’s most dynamic locations.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with the Store Manager to keep the floor energised
Support the DREAMTEAM through busy trade
Ensure customers continue to receive AMAZING service throughout the day
Hands-on leadership role with real responsibility
Exposure to high-volume retail, team development, and commercial performance

Requirements:

Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
