Take our store in St Lukes to the next level
Guide our dynamic DREAMTEAM to greatness
Lead with our DREAMTEAM to redefine retail excellence
Spearhead a new direction for DECJUBA
Be at the forefront of a new chapter of empowerment for our DECJUBA insiders

Requirements:

Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
Ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training
Pride yourself on delivering amazing customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional Management team
Work closely with your Store Manager to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment
