Assistant Store Manager for Repco Ingleburn. This role is a Monday-Friday roster, with every 2nd Saturday - 6 hr shift from approx 8am-2pm. Repco is Australia's leader in Automotive Aftermarket Parts. We are open to receiving applications from people without industry experience.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee & supervise daily store operations
Support & develop your team to ensure outstanding service is being provided to our customers
Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team, and managing operations to achieve success
Coach and develop team members
Live, breathe & role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
Are safety leaders, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members & customers
Always set a positive example
Often have opening and closing responsibilities
This role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step
Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge
Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence
Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
