Job Responsibility:
Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience
Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards
Focus staff on building a repeat customer base
Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs
Analyze store level reports and create action plans
Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring
Participate in weekly management meetings
Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals
Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results
Requirements:
Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
Previous people management experience
Effective communicator
Ability to collaborate
Courageous in giving feedback
Adapt fast and work with pace
Energetic and inspire trust
Approach issues with a 'can do' approach
