We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Manawa Bay to the next level! DECJUBA Manawa Bay moves with energy and intent. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting store leadership, guiding the DREAMTEAM through busy trade, and maintaining strong standards on the floor. With exposure to performance metrics, team coaching, and operational rhythm, this role builds confidence and capability in a fast-paced retail environment where AMAZING service is always the expectation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
  • Passion for all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
