We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Woden to the next level! DECJUBA Woden is a fast-paced, high-performing store with high foot traffic. You’ll join a motivated DREAMTEAM that thrives on momentum, teamwork, and delivering AMAZING service. Working closely with the Store Manager - and alongside our Canberra stores - this role offers real exposure, development, and progression opportunities. Woden is the perfect place to grow your leadership skills in a supportive, results-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
  • Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
  • Ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training
  • Pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional Management team
  • Work closely with your Store Manager to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment
