We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our brand new store in Eastern Creek Quarter Outlet to the next level! Opening in March, Eastern Creek Quarter Outlet is launching as a brand-new DECJUBA destination, bringing our signature style and energy to one of NSW’s newest outlet precincts. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role from day one - supporting the Store Manager, helping build a strong DREAMTEAM, and setting the tone for AMAZING customer experiences in a fast-paced outlet environment. With high foot traffic, outlet momentum, and the buzz of a new store opening, this role offers a rare opportunity to be involved from the very beginning. From supporting team onboarding and training to driving sales, KPIs, and daily performance on the floor, you’ll be right at the heart of bringing this new location to life and setting it up for long-term success.

Job Responsibility:

Support the Store Manager
Help build a strong DREAMTEAM
Set the tone for AMAZING customer experiences in a fast-paced outlet environment
Support team onboarding and training
Drive sales, KPIs, and daily performance on the floor
Be right at the heart of bringing this new location to life and setting it up for long-term success

Requirements:

Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
