We are looking for ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER to join our team at BAYSIDE. As an Assistant Store Manager at Neverland, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive store performance, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and lead the team to success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Uphold and assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
  • Lead by example in delivering the Neverland customer experience, and assist in training, coaching, and motivating the store team
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets through exceptional customer service, effective delegation, and efficient task management
  • Support in the execution of visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities to a high standard
  • Assist with weekly reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager
  • Step up to oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, taking accountability for store presentation, service, and performance

Requirements:

  • Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to grow into a future leadership role
  • Previous retail experience, ideally with exposure to leadership or supervisory responsibilities
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience
  • Visual merchandising experience is advantageous, with an eye for presentation and detail
