Job Responsibility
Leading store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create best possible customer experience while ensuring store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained
Identify opportunities to grow business and improve performance through collaborating with others
Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room
Work alongside visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding
Partner with store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards
Focus staff on importance of quality relationships with customers
Ensure accountability of staff in building repeat customer base by providing unparalleled spirited service
Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs
evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels and inventory levels
Communicate to Store Manager what is driving sales and discuss issues/priorities to develop strategies
Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results
Assist with manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes
Recruit store personnel with broad range of perspectives
Work with Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions
Participate in weekly management meetings
Clearly communicate to staff store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations
Providing a great customer journey and achieving exemplary mystery shop results
Requirements
Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
Previous people management experience
Effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging
Collaborates to win and recognizes achievements of others
Courageous in giving feedback
Adapts fast and works with pace
Energetic and inspires trust with clear presence on the shop floor
Approaches issues with a 'can do' approach and makes informed decisions
