The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in achieving store standards, leads by example, embraces entrepreneurial spirit and inspires teams through passion and belief in the Calvin Klein brand. The role is part of delivering a first class in-store experience as a window to the great brands.
Job Responsibility:
Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create best possible customer experience
Identify opportunities to grow business and improve performance
Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards
Partner with store management team to achieve company standards and objectives
Focus staff on building quality relationships with customers
Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs
Analyze store level reports and create action plans
Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring
Participate in weekly management meetings
Communicate sales goals and results to staff
Provide great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results
Requirements:
Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
Previous people management experience
Effective communicator
Ability to collaborate
Courageous in giving feedback
Adapt fast and work with pace
Energetic and inspire trust
Approach issues with a ‘can do’ approach
