We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Chapel Street store! If you bring great energy, strong leadership, and genuinely love creating amazing customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense
  • Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
  • Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
  • Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time

Requirements:

  • Experience in optics is highly regarded
  • supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar
  • confident leader who enjoys developing others
  • confident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations
  • passionate about creating great customer experiences
  • strong commercial acumen and consistent focus on achieving strong results
  • available to work full time 38 hours, Sunday–Thursday
