The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in leading store teams to deliver a first-class customer experience, drive sales, and maintain brand standards for Calvin Klein. They lead by example, embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, and inspire their teams through passion for the brand.
Job Responsibility:
Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience
Ensure store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained
Identify opportunities to grow business and improve performance
Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards
Partner with visual merchandising team
Partner with store management team to achieve company standards
Focus staff on building quality customer relationships
Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs
Communicate sales drivers and issues to Store Manager
Analyze store level reports and create action plans
Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring
Work with Store Manager to build bench strength
Participate in weekly management meetings
Clearly communicate sales goals and performance expectations
Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results
Requirements:
Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
