Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Hornsby to the next level! This is a part time role, working 29 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Our Hornsby store, just steps from the main train station, is a dynamic retail space with big potential. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to keep operations running smoothly, motivate the DREAMTEAM, and deliver AMAZING experiences to every customer. You’ll play a key role in building the store’s success, developing your leadership skills, and contributing to a culture that values both teamwork and individual growth.

Requirements:

previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
passion about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training
pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional Management team
work closely with your Store Manager to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment
