Job Description:

You will support the Store Manager at Capalaba Park on a Part-time time basis with the daily running of the store to deliver outstanding results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers!

Job Responsibility:

Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store
Showcasing leadership behaviours to develop, motivate and inspire the team
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 years management/supervisor experience
Experience in coaching and developing a team
Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
Be customer and team focused
Have a passion for retail
