Job Description:

Assistant Store Manager for Calvin Klein Jeans at Roermond Outlet. Role involves leading store teams to deliver first-class customer experience, maintain visual standards, drive sales performance, and manage store operations within a premium retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create best possible customer experience
  • Ensure store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained
  • Identify opportunities to grow business and improve performance through collaboration
  • Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards
  • Work with visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication
  • Partner with store management team to achieve company standards and objectives
  • Focus staff on importance of quality relationships with customers
  • Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs
  • Communicate to Store Manager what is driving sales and develop strategies to maximize business
  • Analyze store level reports and create action plans
  • Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes
  • Work with Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions
  • Participate in weekly management meetings
  • Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals and performance expectations
  • Provide great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
  • Previous people management experience
  • Effective communicator with ability to cultivate belonging
  • Collaborative approach
  • Courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
  • Adapt fast and work with pace
  • Energetic and inspire trust showing clear presence on shop floor
