We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to join us as we open a brand new store in Chatswood! DECJUBA Chatswood is a brand-new store, offering the chance to be part of something from the very beginning. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the Store Manager in building the DREAMTEAM, setting up store standards, and delivering AMAZING service from day one. With the energy of a new opening and the opportunity to grow alongside your team, this role offers real exposure to leadership, development, and performance in a fast-moving environment. Every day brings progress, and every contribution helps shape the store’s future.

Job Responsibility:

Support the Store Manager in building the DREAMTEAM
Setting up store standards
Delivering AMAZING service from day one

Requirements:

Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
Ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training
