Job Responsibility:
Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs
Managing store operations including visual merchandising and stock management
Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
Actively contributing to Neverland’s ongoing retail transformation
Requirements:
Experience in retail leadership or management (Assistant Manager / Team Leader or similar)
A values-led people person who leads with empathy and impact
A customer-first mindset and passion for retail
Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment
Flexibility to work across a rotating retail roster
