Assistant Store Manager

• Oversee & supervise daily store operations
• Support & develop your team to ensure outstanding service is being provided to our customers
• Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team, and managing operations to achieve success
• Coach and develop team members

• Often have opening and closing responsibilities

• Previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step
• Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
• Mechanical / automotive parts knowledge (ideally)
• Flexible availability
• Valid driver’s licence
• Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
• Prioritise safety
