We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Mount Lawley to the next level! This is a part time role, working 32.5 hours per week over a Tuesday-Saturday roster. DECJUBA Mt Lawley is intimate, styling-focused, and relationship-driven. The DREAMTEAM prides itself on creating considered, personalised customer experiences that go beyond the transaction. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support store leadership in maintaining this elevated standard - guiding the team, refining the customer journey, and delivering AMAZING service with confidence and care. This role offers meaningful leadership exposure in a store where detail and connection matter.

Job Responsibility:

Support store leadership in maintaining an elevated standard

Requirements:

Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
