Job Responsibility:
Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience
Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance
Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards
Work alongside the visual merchandising team
Partner with store management team to achieve company standards
Focus staff on quality relationships with customers
Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs
Communicate to the Store Manager to develop strategies
Analyze store level reports and create action plans
Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring
Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength
Participate in weekly management meetings
Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals
Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results
Requirements:
Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
