Job Description

As one of our Assistant Store Manager (Fulfilment Manager), you’ll play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control. This role provides critical operational exposure across the business and the opportunity to kick start a career adventure with Dan Murphy’s.

Job Responsibility

Help build a culture centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement
Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store team to inspire them to continuously improve
Elevate team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth
Create an environment that enables team to come as they are
