Job Description:

As one of our Assistant Store Manager (Fulfilment Manager), you’ll play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control. This role provides critical operational exposure across the business and the opportunity to kick start a career adventure with Dan Murphy’s.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help build a culture centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement
  • Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store team to inspire them to continuously improve
  • Elevate team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
  • Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth
  • Create an environment that enables team to come as they are
