Assists the Department Head in managing and supervising the Spa Department and at the same time taking ownership of the wellness initiatives.
Job Responsibility:

Provide yoga classes to staff and guests based on demand and the needs of the hotel

Responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and cost-effective usage of all department related materials and assets, according to standards to ensure smooth operation with the assistance of Spa Manager
Oversee the cleanliness of all areas in the Spa and coordinate special requirements with Housekeeping, Laundry, and Engineering
Must be able to utilize all computer systems relevant to the departments
Make recommendations regarding the annual operating budget, capital investment budget, operating planning and further periodic evaluations of financial performance, including reports on sales and operations with supporting statistical data
Be cross-trained in all functions of the spa and assist in times of need
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
Requirements:
Holds a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) degree
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Spa & Health Club operations in a luxury hotel
Proficient in Ayurvedic consultations and treatments (e.g., Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Panchakarma)
Skilled in Yoga instruction for individuals and groups
Experience in spa management software for reservations, inventory, and reporting
Excellent English communication, guest relations, and upselling skills
