Assistant Spa Manager

• Managing and overseeing the operations and development of the spa in accordance with Four Seasons standards, spa mission statement and local culture practices
• Assisting the director of spa with managing evaluating staff performance, financial aspects of the operation including forecasting, labor, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control
• Planning and launches of PR events, internal and external promotions
• Responding to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort
• Complying with all Four Seasons policies, procedures and standards

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of Book4Time, Birchstreet, Opera is a plus
• Work authorization in the United States
