Job Responsibility

Support the Spa Director in daily spa operations, ensuring a welcoming, professional and tranquil environment for guests and staff
Lead and motivate the Spa Concierge team—supporting scheduling, training and performance
Assist with managing treatment room flow, daily scheduling and operational logistics
Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
Help maintain product inventory, retail displays and merchandising
Monitor spa cleanliness, ambiance and standards to ensure a best-in-class experience
Support staff communication, coaching, morale and culture-building
Assist with promoting spa services, packages, specials and seasonal offerings
Participate in recruiting, onboarding and ongoing training of spa team members
