An Assistant Site Manager is required to oversee the construction of a new build commercial project in South West London. The project involves the management of both internal and external construction packages across starting from steel frame through to internal fit out. The scheme is just about to start on site and will complete in 2027. The successful candidate will be a good all rounder but will ideally have a strong background of taking jobs from start to finish and of working on their own. Following the completion of the project there is the potential of this role leading to a temporary to permanent position.
Job Responsibility:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager
Ensure smooth construction process
Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors
Management of construction programme
Minimising/eliminating potential programme delays
Liaise with the client & associated consultants
Attend regular progress meetings

Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
