In this role, you’ll work within a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, will assist in leading the local warehouse operating team, and in some locations, includes preparing food in a light-prep kitchen, and help the Site Manager ensure we maintain high quality for our customers.
Job Responsibility
Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads with compassion and commitment to inclusivity
Hire, coach and develop high-performing team members

Tackle onsite escalations including coordination with cross-functional partners
Drive results in specific focus areas or a specific shift
Drive success through effective scheduling and executing inventory management processes
Engage cross-functional partners as needed
Analyze data and make strategic recommendations regarding resource allocation, workflow, and warehouse organization
Lead process improvement projects
Coach and empower the team to provide a high quality customer experience with every order
Work cross-functionally with central teams to ensure the team has the tools and resources needed
Requirements
Managed high-performance teams of 5+ employees with successful performance and employee development outcomes
Ownership mentality
Solve problems from first principles
Unafraid of ambiguity
Analytical with data-first problem solving and experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, including using basic formulas and creating pivot tables
3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
1+ years of experience managing a team
Flexibility in schedule, including regularly scheduled late-night and weekend hours
