Job Description

An Assistant Site Manager is required to oversee remediation works on large residential buildings in South West London. The project will commence on site imminently and involves the replacement and remediation works both internally & externally to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (Building Safety Act).

Job Responsibility

  • Reporting to a site based Site Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays
  • Liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to attend regular progress meetings

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
  • A valid driving licence
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
