Job Description:

MadiganGill are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a new-build residential development in Devizes, with an immediate start available.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in managing subcontractors and site operations
  • Monitor build progress across plots
  • Ensure high standards of health & safety are maintained
  • Support quality control and snagging processes
  • Help drive programme and meet build deadlines

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS certification
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • First Aid certification (desirable)
  • Previous experience on residential/house building projects preferred

Nice to have:

First Aid certification
